COLUMBIA, SC. - The South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame has announced the Class of 2009, including Everett "Cotton" Owens and fellow inductees Skip Harlicka, Jack Thompson, Ty Cline, Robert Porcher, Bobby Giles, Sylvia Hatchell, and Herman Helms.
